As September begins, a wave of green is flowing through the streets of Bishkek. The 26th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is being held in this ancient Central Asian capital. During the summit, a fleet of green pure electric buses is running along the city's main thoroughfares, adorned with the SCO Summit logo and inscriptions in Kyrgyz, Chinese, Russian, and English – and they shoulder the vital responsibility of summit transportation support. This green comes from Hefei, China – from Ankai Bus.

Before the Summit: An "Early Arrival" Across 4,000 Kilometers

At present, Ankai electric buses are operating on eight major bus routes across Bishkek, and the concept of green mobility is quietly transforming the city.
